Monday: Total Body Workout: Was crazy hard and the next day my thighs were killer.

Tuesday: Session 5x 3min sprint effort: Impossible due to Mondays squat jumps.

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: 4miles with S.

Friday: Athletics strength session: Amazing turnout given they had a social the day before.
Sam is club captain of Athletics. He led the session from the floor. He looked fragile...

Saturday: Rest.

 A new lazy way to ensure I keep the blog RELATIVELY up to date. I felt like I worked hard this week with my fitness. Next week I plan more stretching and to eat much better! Despite a bad diet though, I feel like I gained something this week.
