The Rundown || Week 37, 2016

Week 12/09/16-18/09/16

The main point of this blog is to document my training and running experiences. With that in mind, I've decided to start a training diary that I can look back on. From now on I will publish a short post every Sunday about my activities that week. Some weeks are going to look more impressive than others! 

MONDAY: Total Body Workout. Really pleased with this class as I haven't taken it in ages and I've progressed from using the 4kg weights in each hand to using the 7 or 8kg weights. 
TUESDAY: I meant to go to a yoga class but suddenly it was lunchtime and the class had already started when I looked at the clock. 
WEDNESDAY: I was in Dumfries for a job interview and headed out with a friend for a 3 mile shake out walk/run. When I got back to Glasgow we went bouldering.
THURSDAY: Another rest day in anticipation of... 
FRIDAY: The Mamores Vertical Kilometre race up Na Gruagaichean, as part of the Skyline Scotland weekend! Full write-up to follow.
SATURDAY: We went for a short relaxing walk to a waterfall and then  and then I spent a few hours ice climbing at Ice Factor.
SUNDAY: Another much-needed rest day. 

~6.5 miles/1 strength session/2 climbing sessions/0 Muay Thai/0 stretching
